The Munsters' Scary Little Christmas Film Review

Munsters fans since I had such a good time reviewing Here Come The Munsters for you all a few days ago and with a certain time of year being a just over a month away I thought that it was about time that I reviewed what was for a time at least the final ever Munsters reboot movie. As such I invite you all to join me as I review the film that proved that everything that the The Munsters franchises touches doesn't turn to gold with the film in question being called simply just "The Munsters' Scary Little Christmas" enjoy.

The plot of this film is Eddie Munster is missing Christmas from his home country / town of Transylvania and so in order to bring him out of his funk the rest of the The Munsters clan decide to do everything that they can to make his Christmas just freaking perfect. Now then in terms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot of this film in all honesty i in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual plot of this film was really freaking bad imply because the film starts  a bunch of different plot lines but that either drops or even forgets about them for little to no freaking reason which is a sign of freaking bad writing in my opinion anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Sam McMurray as Herman Munster , Ann Magnuson as Lily Munster and Bug Hall as Eddie Munster. Also starring in this film is Sandy Baron as Grandpa , Elaine Hendrix as Marilyn , Mary Woronov as Mrs. Edna Dimwitty , Ed Gale as Larry , Arturo Gil as Lefty , Mark Mitchell as Santa Claus , Jeremy Callaghan as Tom , John Allen as Mr. Pawlikowski , Noel Ferrier as The Voice Of The Door Knocker and Bruce Spence as Mr. Gateman.

Now then as for what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very well in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was really freaking bad. I in all honesty cannot think of single good performance that came from this film because every single actor and actress that's appearing in / starring in this very freaking film turns in that bad of a freaking performance in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

Now then unlike the previous Munsters movie Here Come The Munsters this film really doesn't like that it was made by genuine fans of the The Munsters TV series. Since none of the characters act in character and this lacks any of the heart that was present in both the TV show and was also present in Here Come The Munsters as well and so if anything this film felt like that it was made by a bunch who wanted to cash in a possible IP and so they didn't really bother to understand what it was that made that IP so special and actually good and freaking entertaining in the first freaking place in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then if you thought that the The Munsters were the first horror themed family / cast of characters to have their own Christmas special well you'd be dead wrong because the earliest Christmas special from a horror themed comedy TV show / TV show series that I could find was from the second season of the 1964 TV series The Addams Family. I don't know why TV networks think that giving horror characters a christmas special or a christmas movie is a good idea because such a bizarre thing that you almost have to see it just to see how bizarre it really freaking is in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Now then I will very freaking admit that I found it very freaking frustrating that they did the exact same plot line that they always freaking do with Marilyn and that's give her yet another freaking love interest. Heck that plot line is just so freaking predictable at this point in time that you know exactly how it's going to play out and yes it plays / goes out exactly how you think that it's going to play / go out because that freaking plot line is that predictable and that is that freaking over done to freaking death at this freaking point in freaking time in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Now then this film straight recycles plot points and scenes from Here Come The Munsters like for example Herman has to get a job in both films and Herman walks into a building only to scare people once again in both freaking films. This just goes to show you how lazily made this film is because they are ripping off plot points and scenes from a movie that came out one year prior to this film which just makes the makers of this film comes across as being very freaking lazy and untalented in my opinions anyways / at least.

So now then this film has / had a grand old running time of exactly one hour and twenty nine minuets and thirty seconds and well this is where this films penchant for dropping and for forgetting about plots comes into effect. Since / because this film ends it's main plot line Eddie at around the half way mark and begins another main plot line Herman which lasts until the one hour and twenty mark with more scenes being freaking added in as nothing but pure freaking filler in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Now then this film is meant to be a comedy film after all and so that means that I have to talk about the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film and well in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very freaking film was in all honesty really freaking bad. This is since not a single joke in this film got a huge laugh out of me and only few and Grandpa's lines were actually mildly funny the only issues I cannot for the life of me remember what those lines actually were but in this freaking film mildly funny is freaking fantastic in my opinions anyways / at least.

Overall for what should have been a homerun considering how good the film that came before this film which was called simply just "Here Come The Munsters" was this film some how failed at both being a homage to the original TV show The Munsters and at being a good way to update The Munsters franchise for the nineteen nineties in my opinion anyways / at least. Now i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and as such this film gets / earns itself a grand old score of exactly a 4.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this review from the official The Addams Family fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get the images that are actually from this film and that that I personally / actually used in this very review being Google Images this is simply because Google Images actually has alot of images from this film and plus alot of / nearly all of the images that are from this film and that are currently up on Google Images are all fairly high in quality and as well as being fairly high definition and as always we end this review as we always do which is with one and true goddess Elvira wishing us all some very unpleasant dreams indeed.

Here Come The Munsters Film Review

Fans of The Munsters as you'll have no doubt have worked out be now i've been very freaking slowly working my way through all of the live action film adaptations of The Munsters. Which brings me to this review since this film is the next film in the The Munsters films series and so join me as I review the film that brought the The Munsters into the nineties with the film in question being called simply just "Here Come The Munsters" enjoy.

The plot of this film is Eddie , Herman , Lilly and Grandpa are sick and tired of their lives in Transylvania and so move to American to live with there cousin Marilyn and it turns out that Marilyn's father has been missing for sometime and to it's up to the entire Munster clan to find Marilyn's father begore Marilyn's mother dies of a broken heart. Now then in terms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual plot of this film in all honesty I in all honesty thought / felt that the actual plot of this film was really freaking good and was shockingly both engaging and very entertaining to watch play out in this very freaking film in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Edward Herrmann as Herman Munster , Veronica Hamel as Lily Munster and Robert Morse as Grandpa. Also starring in this film is Christine Taylor as Marilyn Hyde , Mathew Botuchis as Eddie Munster , Troy Evans as Detective Warshowski , Joel Brooks as Larry Walker , Sean O'Bryan as Detective Cartwell , Mary Woronov as Mrs. Edna Dimwitty , Jeff Trachta as Brent Jekyll , Max Grodénchik as Norman Hyde , Judy Gold as Elsa Munster Hyde , Amanda Bearse as Mrs. Pearl and Francesca Smith as Monique.

Now then in terms of / as for what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film well in in all honesty i in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this film was really freaking good. With Edward Herrmann in particular really capturing the spirit of Fred Gwynne's original portrayal of Herman Munster in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then this film is both a prequel to and a reboot of the original The Munsters TV series from the early to mid 1960's. Since this film goes to great lengths to explain how The Munsters got everything that we know and love from the original The Munsters TV series however enough of the already established canon is changed for it to be it's own unique thing like for example in the original TV series Marylin is Lily's niece where is in this films continuity she is Herman's niece this is a small change and it's also a rather pointless change as it adds literally nothing to the overall plot of the freaking film in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then this film does infact include a rather cool cameo from all four of the surviving original cast members from the original Munsters TV show. However what I thought to be a pretty cool thing is that all of the characters that the original cast member are playing act like there original character from the original Munsters TV show even down to Pat Priests being the odd one out which is a nice little touch in my opinion anyways / at least.

So now then there are a few things that I personally didn't like about this film with one of those things being the whole subplot of Eddie being bullied at school goes absolutely nowhere and because this is a Munsters of course there's a rather freaking rushed romance subplot with Marylin. Which again goes absolutely nowhere with both subplots being there just to give the kid characters something in this film to do in my opinion anyways / at least.

So now then I have to admit I really did like what they did with Herman's sister Elsa Munster Hyde since she's made up to look like the titular bride from the 1935 film which is called simply just "The Bride of Frankenstein" and heck even the characters first name could be seen as a reference to actress Elsa Lanchester who played the bride in the aforementioned movie. However I do find it a bit weird since Herman is meant to be designed after Frankenstein and his sister in this film is designed to look like his wife from The Bride of Frankenstein if anything it would have made some sense to make Lily look like The Monsters Bride from The Bride Of Frankenstein in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

So now then this film has / had a grand total running time of exactly one hour and twenty nine minuets exactly / dead on and well in all honesty I in all honesty really didn't mind this films running time at all. This is since / because of the fact that this film has more then enough there in terms of freaking both plot and story to more then freaking cover this films freaking running time in my freaking opinions anyways / at least.

Now then since this film is meant to be a comedy film that means that I have to actually talk about the actual comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film and well if i'm being well and truly freaking honest here people the comedy that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film is really freaking good. With alot of the jokes that are in this very film getting some really big and good laughs out me and it really does help that all of the jokes that are in this very film feel like that they've been ripped straight out of the original Munsters TV series / TV show in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

Overall this film is in all honesty a really good reboot of these now officially iconic characters since it keeps the spirit of the original show and it keeps of the original characters whilst at the same time also updating both the show and the show and thus this films main cast of characters to the then present day of the 1990's in my opinions anyways / at least. Now i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very in this very review and as such that means that this film earns itself a grand old score of exactly a 6.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official The Munsters fandom wiki page , Wikipedia and Google Images.

Last Night In Soho Film SPOILER FREE!!!!!!!!!! Film Review

Film fans if there's one thing that we film fans should all look forward to it is the release of a new film by writer , director and producer Edgar Wright. Since the man is simply put is simply just a pure genius and well he's back with yet another new film and well you all just knew that I had to both watch and then thus review this film the very second that I got the chance to and so here is my SPOIILER FREE!!!!!!!!!! of the newest film by Edgar Wright with the film in question being called simply just "Last Night In Soho" enjoy.

The plot of this film is Eloise "Ellie" Turner is young fashion design student who is living in Soho in London and she experiences visions from 1960's Soho London and so she must work what's causing these rather intense visions before she's driven insane those exact same visions. Now then interms of what I personally thought / felt about the exact plot of this freaking film in all I in all honesty thought / felt that the exact plot of this very film was really freaking good but at the same time it was also a rather weak plot as well in my opinion anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Thomasin McKenzie as Eloise "Ellie" Turner , Anya Taylor-Joy as Sandie and Matt Smith as Jack. Also starring in this very film is Dame Diana Rigg as Ms. Collins , Terence Stamp as The Silver Haired Gentleman , Michael Ajao as John , Rita Tushingham as Margaret "Peggy" Turner , Jessie Mei Li as Lara , Synnøve Karlsen as Jocasta , Margaret Nolan as Sage Barmaid , Michael Jibson as Male Detective , Lisa McGrillis as Female Detective , Sam Claflin as Lindsey and oddly enough and i'm kidding here but we also have Harry Potter alumni James and Oliver Phelps as Charles and Ben.

Now then in terms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very well in all honesty I in all honesty personally thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was really freaking good indeed. Which this is something that really shouldn't come as surprise to absolutely no one since all of Edgar Wright's projects have some really good acting in them and so it only makes that this film should / would have some really good acting within it as well in my opinion anyways / at least.

So now then if your like me and your also a James Bond fan then you would have picked up straight away on the year that the scenes that are set in 1960's are set. I'm not going to spoil how you'll know but let's just say that the above picture is a huge freaking hint and but I will say that this film is effectively a love letter to the so called swinging sixties and that was in all honesty rather nice to see in this film since I don't think we've seen a film or whatever be so open about being a love letter to the so called swinging sixties and so ti was not only nice to see in this film but it was also a very refreshing thing to see in this very film as well in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then this film is Edgar Wright's first film since 2017's Baby Driver and if you thought that his soundtrack game was amazing in that film then you are going to absolutely love the soundtrack that's in / from this very film. Since almost every single song that appears in this film is an amazing song from the sixties all of which freaking fit this freaking film freaking perfectly in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

Now then I will say that this film isn't as good as other Edgar Wright directed projects are since this films does oddly feel lost since it does take a while to even get going and when it does get going it feels like that it's rushing to get the ending credits. Which is a huge shame because of the fact that when this film wants to be good does have some really good things within it but there are also alot more bad things that are in this very film that perhaps aren't or even weren't present in other Edgar Wright directed projects in my opinion anyways / at least.

So now then if you've seen any of Edgar Wright's previous films then you'll know that all of Edgar Wright's films tremendous editing and yes the exact same thing is true for this film as well as well. Since the editing that's featured / presented to us in this very film is so freaking good with alot of this films transitions having me wondering how in the heck they pulled that transitional effect of because it was good and the same thing is also with all of the editing in this very film in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

Now then this film has / had an exact grand total running time of exactly one hour and fifty two minuets and fifty seconds and well in all honesty I in all honesty thought / felt that this films running time was a tad bit on the long side for this very freaking film. This is simply just due to the fact that for perhaps the first hour or so this film can feel a bit boring and the film a bit slow paced in my opinion anyways / at least.

So now then since this film is a horror film after all that means that I have to talk about the actual scares that are actually featured / presented to us in this very film and well in all honesty I in all honesty thought / think / felt / feel that the actual scares that are actually featured / presented to us in this very film are fairly decent at best. This isn't a knock on this film it's simply just because psychological horror films just don't really scare me since i'm more into slasher horror film then I am psychological horror films but with that being said there are some / a few slightly scary scenes that are in this very film in my opinion anyways / at least.

Overall this film is perhaps the weakest film that Edgar Wright has directed which isn't a knock against this film because this film is still so freaking good but at the same time this film isn't as good as say Baby Driver or perhaps Shaun Of The Dead to name but a freaking few in my freaking opinion anyways / at least. Now i've talked about all of the good things and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and well that means that this films has earned itself a grand old score of exactly a 7.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official James Bond fandom wiki page and lastly from Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get images from this film being Google Images simply because Google Images actually has images from this film up on Google Images and plus pretty much much all of the images that I personally found on Google Images were all fairly high quality and as well as being as fairly high definition and so then horror fans we ends this review as we always do with our ne and true goddess Elvira wishing us all some very unpleasant dreams.

13 Fanboy Film Review

Horror fans there are very few iconic franchises as that as both the Friday The 13th and the Halloween film franchises. With both of these franchises going on for so long that it's a wonder that they didn't produce a cross over film well now somebody had kind of crossed these two film franchises over and so join me as I review the film that is every single Friday The 13th and halloween fans dream with the film in question being  freaking called simply just "13 Fanboy" enjoy.

The plot of this film is someone is killing of actors and actresses that have either been in or are associated with the Friday 13th franchise or it's actors in some way shape or form and so it's up to Kelsie Voorhees the grand daughter of Deborah Voorhees to find out who the killer is before it's far to freaking late. Now then in terms of what I thought / felt of / about the plot of this very film in all honesty I in all honesty thought / felt that the plot of / about this very film was at best rather freaking week in my opinion anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is this film's director , co-writer , co-editor and co-producer Deborah Voorhees as herself. Also starring in this film is Dee Wallace as herself , Hayley Greenbauer as Kelsie Voorhees , C.J. Graham as himself , Kane Hodder as himself , Judie Aronson as herself , Lar Park Lincoln as herself , Tracie Savage as herself , Ron Sloan as himself , Jennifer Banko as herself and Corey Feldman as Mike Merryman.

Now then in terms of what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film in all honesty I in all honesty thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very film was in all honesty alot better then what it really had any freaking right to be. Since alot of these actors and actress that are appearing in / starring in this film haven't acted in anything in years and so nobody would have blamed them if there performances were a little bit wooden in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

Now then even tho this film is mainly focused on the Friday The 13th franchise this film still featured Dee Wallace who of course starred in the 2007 Halloween remake film. Which doesn't really work out that well for me personally since this film is designed to be a love letter to the fans of Friday The 13th and so having an actress from a competing franchise appear in your film goes against that message in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then is film is kind of a passion project for all of those involved with making this film since everybody who is involved with making this film has a love for the Friday The 13th film and multimedia franchise. As such you can feel the love and the passion that went into making this film as it really does shine through in every single frame of this freaking film in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

However sadly tho that passion doesn't necessarily translate to a good film since this is film is pretty freaking bad. This is simply because the makers of this film are trying to far to hard to make this film feel more like a Scream film instead of it being it's own unique thing since there alot of elements that were made popular by the Scream films that appear in this film and it's those exact same elements that really did harm this film overall in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then I have to give the makers of this film credit for even getting this film freaking made in the first freaking place. Since this film was made without any big studio help and so the current rights holders for the Friday The 13th franchise had nothing to do with this film but that doesn't excuse the fact that this film does have some pretty editing and writing which could very well be chalked up to the fact Deborah Voorhees is writing and also editing this movie among many other things and this film is one of the many films that i'd use as a good example for a new director not to start editing a movie because it's entirely different ball game that requires an entirely different set of skills in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then since this film is a slasher film after all that means that I do infact have to actually talk about the the actual kills that are actually featured / presented to us in this very film and well in all honesty I in all honesty I in all honesty thought / felt that the actual kills that are actually featured / presented to us in this very film are indeed really freaking good indeed especially given this films rather small budget. Heck this film also has some pretty decent gore for it's incredibly rather small budget which was something that I wasn't even expecting to be the case but it's something that I was in all honesty rather surprised by in my opinion anyways / at least.

Overall this film was a decent love letter to 80's slasher films to the Friday The 13th film and multimedia film franchise but at the same time just because your a love letter to something doesn't always mean that your a good film in my opinion anyways / at least. Now i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this film in this very review and as such that means that this film earns itself a grand old score of exactly a 5.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Friday The 13th fandom wiki page , the official Halloween fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get images from this film being Google Images simply because Google Images actually has images from this film up on Google Images and pus pretty much much all of the images that I personally found on Google Images were all fairly high quality and as well as being as fairly high definition and yes this film is out now On Demand and you can watch this film right freaking now if you guys really freaking wanted to that is and so then horror fans we ends this review as we always do with our ne and true goddess Elvira wishing us all some very unpleasant dreams.

Slumber Party Massacre 2021 Film Review

Horror fans we now sadly live in a world where it seems like every single film that's being made is either a remake / reimagining , sequel or a reboot and well with these types of films pretty invading cinema screens you just know that it was about time that TV channels started getting in on the act. Well SYFY has now given us another horror remake to add to our every growing and seemingly never ending list of horror film remakes that are bad so join as I review the remake that we didn't want or even need for that matter with the film in question being called freaking simply just "Slumber Party Massacre" enjoy.

The plot of this film is a bunch of teenage girls go up to a cabin in the woods to have a girls only weekend but there plans go awry when they start getting killed of one by one and so the kills have to find out who the killer is and put a stop to these killing before it's far to freaking late. Now then in terms of what I thought / felt about the plot of this film in all honesty I in all honesty thought / felt that the plot of this film is just freaking bad since for starters the plot that described to you only covers the first hour of this movie with the remaining twenty six minuets having a completely different plot all together but it doesn't matter because plots of this film are just s freaking bad in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

Starring in this film is Hannah Gonera as Dana , Frances Sholto-Douglas as Maeve and Alex McGregor as Breanie. Also starring in this film is Mila Rayne as Alix , Reze-Tiana Wessels as Ashley , Schelaine Bennett as Adult Trish , Masali Baduza as Young Trish , Rob Van Vuuren as Russ Thorn , Jane De Wet as Jackie , Reem Koussa as Kim , Larissa Crawford-Lazarus as Diane , Michael Lawrence Potter as John , Arthur Falko as Chad , Nathan Castle as Sean , Eden Classens as Matt , Richard White as Guy , Braeden Buys as Guy 2 and Richard Wright-Firth as Dave.

Now then in terms of what I thought / felt about the acting that's featured / presented to us in this very film in all honesty I in all honesty thought / felt that the acting that's featured / presented to us in this very film was very freaking bad in my opinion anyways / at least. This is of course no fault of either the actors or the actresses that are appearing in / starring in this very film since the script for this film is so bad that none of the this films cast could make a script that's this bad work and turn in a good performance at the exact same time in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then as you guys and girls and whatever you all are might have worked out this film is infact a remake of 1982 "The Slumber Party Massacre" and well like pretty every single horror remake ever made the original film is far superior to this terrible remake. Simply because the original film knew that it was a campy horror movie where this film tries to be both horror film and a comedy film and it fails at being both of those things because it's takes itself far to seriously and plus the comedy just isn't that freaking funny in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then like alot of more modern hollywood films this film is more focused on pushing an agenda down your throats then it is in telling an actually good story. Since there are straight up lines of dialog from one the films very few males characters where he mentions his quote unquote "toxic masculinity" and i'm not going the spoil the best worst scene in this movie because it's pretty much a gender reversed swap of a scene from the original movie but it's somehow done even worse and is even more laughably bad in this freaking movie in my opinion anyways / at least.

So now then this film is pretty much a remake in name only since even tho this film does indeed take it's name , some character names and the killers main weapon from the original film. Everything else however is one hundred percent original and the original elements that this film has are either badly done or are badly written with all of the films main female characters  having the personality trait of being the strange feminist one and all of this films male cast of characters all having the personality trait of being the dumb one which is just plain old bad freaking screen writing in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then in all of the things that I was expecting to see in this film one of the things that I wasn't expecting to see was a reference to The Slumber Party Massacre 2. This simply because all of the Slumber Party Massacre film sequels were all cult hits and aren't that well known outside of the horror fandom /horror community and so it was really well and truly to see this film reference The Slumber Party Massacre 2 simply just due to how little known the Slumber Party Massacre sequels are in my opinion anyways / at least.

So now then this film has / had a grand total running time of exactly one hour and twenty five minuets and fifty nine seconds and so lets round all of that up to one hour and twenty six minuets shall we and well in my opinion this film is very freaking horribly. Not for scenes going to slow but rather the opposite since scenes go by far to quickly and plus like I said very earlier on in this very review this film finishes up with one plot line before the one hour mark which for a remake is not a good thing at all in my opinion anyways / at least.

So now then given that this film is a slasher horror film that means that I have to actually talk about the actual kills that are actually featured / presented to us in this very film and well in all honesty I in all honesty thought that the actual kills that are actually featured / presented to us in this very film are the actually the best part of this entire film / movie in my opinion anyways / at least. This is simply because most of the kills that are in this very film are pretty unique and are very cool and gruesome to see on screen in this actual / very / particular / exact film in my opinion anyways / at least.

Overall this film is a remake that should be avoided at all freaking costs because this film is that well and truly and freaking bad and you actually save yourself one hour and twenty six minuets by choosing not to actually watch this film in my opinion anyways / at least. Now then i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very film in this very review and as such that means that this films earns itself a grand old score of exactly a 3.5 out of 10 from me.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review from the official Black Christmas fandom wiki page and Google Images. With my personally preferred website to use to get images from this film being Google Images simply because Google Images actually has images from this film up on Google Images and pus pretty much much all of the images that I personally found on Google Images were all fairly high quality and as well as being as fairly high definition and so then horror fans we ends this review as we always do with our ne and true goddess Elvira wishing us all some very unpleasant dreams.

My First Impressions of The Day Of The Dead 2021 TV Series

Horror fans I thought that we'd learnt by now that remaking or in this just taking the name of George A. Romero movie and borrowing literally nothing else from said movie was a bad. Apparently we hadn't learnt that lesson because Syfy has decided to release there version of of of the 1985 George A. Romero film Day Of The Dead and so join me as I give you my first impressions of the show that just takes the name of the movie that it's reimagining and nothing more then that with the TV show in question being called simply just "Day Of The Dead" enjoy.

The plot of this episode is rather simple to summarize simply because the writers / of this show and episode and the makers of this very show and episode chose not to give this episode an actual plot to speak of what so freaking ever. This is the first of many freaking red flags in this episode for me personally since if you have no story to tell in your opening episode then why the heck should I watch your second episode this is just bad screen writing right freaking here in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

Starring in this episode is Keenan Tracey as Cam McDermott , Daniel Doheny as Luke Bowman and Natalie Malaika as Lauren Howell. Also starring in this episode is Morgan Holmstrom as Sarah Blackwood , Kristy Dawn Dinsmore as Amy , Mike Dopud as Detective McDermott , Miranda Frigon as Paula Bowman , Dejan Loyola as Jai Fisher , Christopher Russell as Trey Bowman , Kevin O'Grady as Rhodes , Marci T. House as Captain Pike , Victor Zinck Jr. as Shawn , Jay Brazeau as Pops Parker , Trezzo Mahor as Trent ,Nikolai Witschl as Zombie Zero , Caitlin Stryker as Nicole , Peter New as Lazlo and Paula Shaw as Mrs. French.

Now then as for what I personally thought / felt about the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode in all honesty I in all honesty thought / felt that the actual acting that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode was at best OK. This is simply because all of the actors and actresses that are appearing in / starring in this very episode have nothing to work with in terms of what there characters personality is like and so all of the actors and actresses that are appearing in / starring in this very episode can only do so much with the material that are being given to work with in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then this is show is very freaking easily worse then the Chucky TV series that premiered just a few short days ago since that show is at least fun to watch. How then same thing cannot be said for this episode since this episode is anything but fun to watch since it's more focused on giving us forced drama that it sucks out all of the fun that this series could have had with both it's premise and it's set up in my opinion anyways / at least.

So now then the writing for this episode is a freaking joke simply because the lead writers / head writer , showrunners , creators and executive producers for this show are Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas. These two jokers are responsible for alot of bad movies chief among which is The Flintstones And WWE Stone Age Smackdown , the slightly better The Jetsons And WWE: Robo-Wrestlemania and the passable at best The Banana Splits Movie they are also the pair that got fired from Raven's Home after it's first season which is for a good reason because that first sucked and these two writers haven't written anything that's got any kind of universal praise because they are that bad of a pair of writers in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then the writing for this episode is so freaking bad that half the time this episode feels like that it's a bad sitcom complete with plenty of moments where characters will say things but then the complete opposite will happen all done in the vain attempt to make this episode some what humorous. This sitcom type of writing also clashes with the episodes alot more serious tone and so the episode from a writing standpoint comes across as being all over the place since the writing cannot decide if it wants to be taken seriously or if it wants to be rather freaking humorous in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

Now then even I really did hate this episode the bad writing that this episode has to offer is honestly what makes this episode turn to be somewhat enjoyable. Since I found myself laughing at how bad alot of the lines of dialog were in this episode with the dialog being so freaking on the nose that it's actually un freaking real exactly hw on the nose the dialog is in this very / particular episode in my freaking opinion anyways / at least.

So now then this episode has / had an exact running time of exactly forty seven minuets and thirteen seconds and well in all honesty I in all honesty think / feel that this episode should have been either alot freaking shorter or even alot freaking longer. Simply because there's very little actual horror in this horror themed show and that is something that would have been fixed if this episode was either shorter or a little bit freaking longer in my opinion anyways / at least.

Now then since this is a horror show after all and there are some horror elements in this horror themed episode after all that means that I have to actually talk about the horror that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode and well in all honesty I in all honesty think / feel that the horror that's actually featured / presented to us in this very episode. Is at best freaking weak since there's very little actual scares in this episode but on the plus side the gore effects for this show do thus far seem to be pretty freaking good in my opinion anyways / at least.

Overall even tho you only get one chance to make a good first impression this episode left a very freaking bad impression on me personally so much so that i'm not even going to watch the remaining nine episodes of this ten episode series i'm just going to drop this series / show right here and right freaking now because it's that freaking bad in my opinion anyways / at least. Now i've talked about all of the good and as well as all of the bad things that are in this very episode in this post and since this post is just me giving my first impressions of this very show I will not be giving a rating for this show as this isn't a review of the show itself but rather my first impressions of the show itself.

Now then as for where I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very review well then boys and girls and as well as ladies and gentlemen I personally got all of the images that I personally used in this very post from the official Child's Play fandom wiki page and lastly from Google Images.
